Ebay Haulage!

I am going to try.... repeat try... to keep up with this blog a bit more. Meh, it doesn't matter if no one reads it, I think it's fun to do! Anyway, here are a few bits and bobs I've picked up over the last little bit on ebay. I am so addicted to ebay.... I am on that site all hours of the night bidding on items. I love to wait until the last second, bid, and win! Getting that awesome deal just makes my day :D

i love this bracelet!

'shamballas' not the best quality ones.

loving the big chunky chain trend. the silver is a necklace, while the rose gold is a bracelet.

this 'shamballa' is much better quality

waiting on the matching bracelet

oops I got this a whileee ago! I love it though!

I thought I'd also include two watches I got at a bargain a while back. I love the whole arm candy thing, and these watches go great with all the pieces I've picked up recently.

Until next time <3

Cheers!

Unif Hellbound dupe parti deux!!!

I found a hellbound dupe that looks even better than the last pair! I am planning on ordering these soon! I think they are so cute. I just hope I find practical use for them. Anyway, they are on sale for $35.10 right now... including shipping. That sounds pretty fantastic to me!

Get them HERE !!!

I think this site is sort of like ebay... but... a bit cheaper. I am an ebay-a-holic, so anything that is like it seems cool to me!

As you can see, the ankle area goes much higher than the other dupes. I also inserted a pic of these cute lace ones that I adore. You can get those HERE!!! They are around 35 as well! :)

Europe Highlights!

The trip of a lifetime.... is the only way to describe it :)

I am one of those people who is absolutely fascinated with the world around them. Thus, travelling has always been an extremely important thing to me. I am so glad to say that I have finally started to do this thing that will continue to be integral to my life. After putting it off for years, I finally went on my euro trip, and it was mostly independent travel (although, I was lucky enough to have a close friend with me for the first week).

Needless to say, my family wasn't particularly happy... and people (until this day) are still shocked that I went alone. If you're smart and careful.. you shouldn't have problem really. For me, it was more the social aspect that was difficult (at first)! I definitely recommend independent travel if you think you can do it. A lot of people do a tour and that is an easier way to get the experience. I wasn't down for paying someone to organize something I could do perfectly well on my own, so I opted for the traditional backpacking (with a carry on to save my back) option :D

I hope I can go back again soon. Europe is definitely the place to be. And London, ahh London... it was everything I ever dreamt it would be :D :D :D ! YAY! Anyway, I went to London, Paris, Berlin, Prague, Vienna, Budapest, and Krakow. I wanted to go a few places that are less traveled  and I am so glad that I did. I wanted to stay away from the typical backpacking route pretty much. I'll check out the Mediterranean next <3

UNIF Hellbound Dupe!

I've been in love with the JC lita since 2009, and at that time I was on the search for a dupe. There are about a million out there now, but not then. Anyway, during my search, I came across what was considered to be the inspiration for the boots- the Charles Anastase Dungeon Boots! At that time I came across 2 diy for those boots. Anyway, I loved them, but they weren't being sold and I couldn't afford them anyway. I totally wanted to do the diy, but never did. Fast forward 2 years, a brand called UNIF comes out...and it happens to be owned by one of the bloggers for the DIY I saw in '09! The unif hellbound are soooo much like the original... but anyway, that blog post is down now, and the shoes are everywhere! They are crazyyyy expensive though.... I am not willing to spend $300 (with tax/customs) on such trendy shoes! Luckily, I found a pair that are super similar and 1/7 of the price!

The dupes might have a lower heel or something... which is fine because the UNIF look sooo hard to walk in lol!

They are sooo cute! I hope I can get them soon!

Months Later...

I've been MIA...

Hello again :)

Quick Update!

I haven't updated my blog in forever.... I've been so busy with school (summer school)! I actually need to work on my exam (take home) right now...that is due at 6am, but anything to avoid doing what you must, right? lol!!!

I am really excited that i've only a month or so left...fine 6 weeks... until I am done! I've finished one class already :) Then I have a month off!!! HOPEFULLY, my plans won't fall through, and I am off to Europe!

Speaking of Europe! EURO CUP 2012!!!!!!!!!!!!

The "euro cup" won by England <3 lol!!!

AHHH! England was FANTASTIC today! Absolutely BRILLIANT GAME! Seeing my favorite team win was a huge treat. I wish could have been in Kiev!! When Sweden scored 2x within 10 minutes... I wanted to cry. THANK GOD FOR WALCOTT!!! Scoring in the first 5 minutes on the field? SERIOUSLY AMAZING!!! I literally jumped for joy on that 3rd goal!!

LOL! I am absolutely in love with football! I don't know why we, so stupidly, in North America call it soccer. Beyond ridiculous. Besides England, I love Germany and France!! Germany has been winning as well! Very happy about that :) But, if it comes down to it, England is always my top choice (we never win though ): )!

TBH, this is the first time i've watched the Euro Cup! It isn't as big in Canada like the World Cup (for obvious reasons), but still! I've been missing out!!! I don't hear people going around and honking after a win (sadly, because I enjoy that) either!

Anyway! I just wanted to talk about England and how awesome that game was!!!! I want to wear my England Jersey all weekend :P lol!

I'm off to work on my exam now. Toodles. xoxo

Cheers,
- Ashley
